Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash cold or at 30°C max
• Use the delicate or hand-wash cycle with minimal spin
• Always wash in a mesh laundry bag to protect delicate trims and stitching
• Use a mild, lingerie-friendly detergent (no bleach or enzymes)
• Wash with similar colours

Modal is a natural fiber with a silky handfeel - it loves gentle care. Aggressive washing cycles can break down its softness and elasticity over time.

Drying:

• Do not tumble dry
• Lay flat to dry or hang in the shade
• Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colour and fabric softness

Ironing & Other Tips:

• No ironing needed (and honestly, who has time for that?)
• Avoid bleach or fabric softeners
• Handle with care - your Tramonte pieces are made for everyday elegance, not rough play!

Briefs

Tramonte briefs come in two sizing systems, depending on the style:

S/M – L/XL – XXL for more contemporary cuts.

3 – 4 – 5 – 6 for classic Italian-style briefs.

 

We always list the sizing system on each product page, but here’s how to find your fit:

If the style is sized S/M – L/XL – XXL:

 

Fit tip:
These are soft and stretchy, made to hug gently without squeezing. If you’re between sizes, size down for a close fit, or up for a bit more ease.

 

If the style is sized 3 – 4 – 5 – 6:

 

Fit tip:
This style follows traditional Italian underwear sizing. Choose your usual size, or go one size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit at the waistband or leg openings.

We currently deliver to Denmark and select EU countries: Sweden, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, and France.

All orders are shipped from our location in Denmark.

Shipping details:

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
• You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on its way
• Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout
• Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK. 

Returns & Hygiene Policy

We understand that shopping for underwear online can be tricky - but due to hygiene regulations, we follow strict EU guidelines when it comes to returns.

What you need to know:

• For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on.
• If the item is faulty or you received the wrong product, of course we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If eligible, refunds are:

• Issued to the original payment method
• Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).
