We want your Tramonte pieces to reach you quickly, safely, and with as little hassle as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and what to expect.
Shipping Costs
You can choose your preferred delivery option at checkout. The exact price will be displayed before payment is completed. You can also preview estimated shipping costs by adding an item to your cart and clicking "View Cart."
We offer free shipping for qualifying orders, but as a small business, we’re not able to offer free shipping on all purchases just yet. Thanks for your understanding and support.
Denmark
- Home delivery: 59 DKK
- Free shipping on orders over 999 DKK
Sweden, Germany, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland
- Home delivety: 69 DKK
Other countries
At this time, we only ship outside of the above-listed countries upon request. If you're interested in ordering from another country, please contact us at hello@tramonte.dk.
Delivery Time & Carriers
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible - usually within 1-3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace number.
Denmark & Sweden
Packages are typically delivered via PostNord or GLS.
Delivery time: 1-5 business days
International Orders
Handled by GLS, PostNord, or local delivery partners.
Delivery time: 2-7 business days
Orders with Different Delivery Times
We usually ship all items in one package. If your order includes products with different delivery times (e.g. some from our own stock and others from our supplier), the entire order will ship once everything is ready.
If you’d like the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
