This website is operated by Moto Lounge ApS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Tramonte brand. By visiting tramonte.dk and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

By using this website, you accept all the terms, policies, and notices stated here. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing the website or using any services.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with a secure e-commerce platform.

PRICES & PAYMENT

You must be 18 or older to shop on tramonte.dk. If you’re under 18, permission from a parent or guardian is required.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, PayPal, MobilePay (when available).

All prices are shown in DKK and include Danish VAT unless stated otherwise. You can change the currency for your convenience, but checkout will process in DKK.

Payment is captured once the order is confirmed for dispatch. SSL encryption is used to secure all transactions.

Prices may change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, your purchase is binding. If an obvious pricing error occurs and it’s clear the buyer acted in bad faith, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

SHIPPING

We ship across Denmark, select EU countries, and other international destinations. At checkout, you can choose your shipping method and see the applicable cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To initiate a return, please follow the process outlined in our Refund Policy.

General Return Conditions for Tramonte.dk:

 

Underwear can only be returned if unused and unopened due to hygiene reasons. If the product packaging is tampered with or damaged, and the product seems to have been tried on, we cannot process a return.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Returns from non-EU countries are not accepted unless explicitly pre-arranged.

We recommend sending returns with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

The package must be sent directly to our address with delivery. We do not collect packages sent to parcel boxes or post offices

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

All promotions are subject to their own terms, including:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order.
  • Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.
  • Discounted items are refundable, but only at the discounted purchase price.
  • If exchanging a discounted product after the campaign period, it may be subject to current pricing.

WARRANTY

All Tramonte products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under EU law. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us at hello@tramonte.dk with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase
  • A description of the fault

We will assess the case and, if approved by our supplier or manufacturer, offer repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the situation. Please be advised that handling of warranty cases might take up to 3 months.

All content on tramonte.dk, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Tramonte.dk or our content partners. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
